Hi, my name is Chris Cadran, and I am the middle school math teacher at Nativity: Faith & Reason. While the 2017-2018 school year is my first one here in Broomfield, I previously taught all levels of middle school math at The Franciscan School in Raleigh, North Carolina, from 2004-2017. My calling there was not only as an educator, but also to serve as the head baseball coach and athletic director for The Franciscan School for many years. My leadership role gave me a terrific opportunity to interact with parents and students at schools throughout the Diocese of Raleigh. I also led several successful technology-related initiatives in the upper middle school there as the acting division team leader. As you might guess, I am a big fan of using technology to teach and sharpen math skills.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina (Go Catamounts!). I currently reside in Thornton with my wife, Amanda, and son. I am a huge Boston Red Sox fan, and my favorite hockey team is the Carolina Hurricanes.
