“Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever, and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow.’”

-Saint Augustine

The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6:19); thus, our physical education program addresses the whole child, from personal health to physical activity.

We strive to help the child:

  • Achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness
  • Know the benefits of physical activity
  • Take personal and social responsibility toward others in physically active settings
  • Learn the necessary tools and resources for participating in lifetime physical activities
